Pastor Tom & Pastor Marlene both love and cherishes the faithfulness of God. One of their favorite song is “He is Faithful...Faithful to Me,” by Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir. And a favorite scripture verses is “what the enemy meant for bad, God turned it around for good…Gen. 50-20.”
Next to being a Woman of God, Marlene is extremely grateful for her calling as a Wife to her best friend and steadfast Tom of 21 years. Both Tom & Marlene are parents to a handsome and vivacious Thomas.
As they grew, Marlene’s energetic personality guided her to achieve sports and speech championships while Tom developed cooking skills and building many things with his hands. Together they enjoy the game of golf, camping, travelling and other activities.
Tom has a passion for men’s ministry and is a skilled millwright. Marlene has a passion for Single Adults and to foster healthy relationships. She graduated from the University of Toronto in the field of Risk Management and Insurance after which her calling guided her towards a Bachelor in Theology and certification in Marriage Counseling. Both Tom & Marlene have a strong zeal for ‘souls’and are ordained Ministers with Canadian Christian Ministries (CCM).
Through her journey of overcoming broken relationships, Marlene has shared HOPE with many who are suffering from the pain of a broken heart. She has been featured at Single Adult and Women’s Conferences.. Marlene previously hosted CTS Nite Lite Program and has been a guest on Joy 1250 and WDCX with Neil Boran. Marlene possesses a unique ability to recognize gifts and talents in many as she counsels, encourage and motivate many to reach their potential. With great humility she draws them to believe in the transforming power of God and to remember He has a plan for their lives.
The MacKenzies presently minister and resides in Brampton. They love the Lord with all their heart and are willing vessels to be used by the Lord in loving and serving God’s children at Hope Restored Brampton Ministries.
